Our approach

Good work needs
clear agreements.

We work closely with your team and the decisions that move your initiative forward. With a clear mandate, visible progress and accountability through handover.

Three pale conveyor paths lead to a magenta transfer surface holding a finished object.

01 /Working together

From question to impact.

The process follows the mandate. These four principles guide every engagement.

01

Find the right question.

We listen, challenge assumptions and understand the initiative from technical, operational and commercial perspectives. What needs deciding? What stands in the way?

A shared view of the starting point.

02

Agree on a clear mandate.

We define objectives, scope and involvement. Who decides what? What makes a good result? Which boundaries and risks must we consider?

A firm mandate with clear responsibilities.

03

Deliver in tangible steps.

We work with your team and produce results that can be reviewed regularly. New insights feed into the work, risks are raised early and decisions are documented.

Visible progress and timely decisions.

04

Hand over responsibility properly.

A result needs to work in everyday practice. Rollout, knowledge transfer and a clear handover are part of the engagement, in line with the agreed mandate.

A lasting result and a team equipped to act.

02 /What you can expect

An independent perspective. An accountable contribution.

  1. 01

    Senior experience on the ground

Experience sits at the table and does the work. We bring judgment to the decisions you face now.

  2. 02

    Transparency throughout

You know what we are working on, which assumptions apply and where a decision is needed. Scope and boundaries remain visible.

  3. 03

    Knowledge stays with you

We document, share experience and equip your team. Handover is considered from the start.

03 /Before we begin

Your questions.
Our answers.

The essentials of working together. We discuss everything else personally.

A 30-minute introduction
How does working together begin?

With a free, no-obligation 30-minute intro call. We discuss your situation, the decision ahead and what you have already tried. We then suggest a suitable starting point and agree on scope, responsibilities and fees in a proposal.

Do we have to start with MAP?

No. If you already have a sound direction, we can start directly with BUILD or LEAD. MAP makes sense when a decision is needed first, or when a stalled initiative needs a fresh assessment.

What kinds of companies does PinkStone work with?

Scale-ups, technology-led mid-sized businesses, family offices and their portfolio companies. Demanding corporate programs can also be a good fit when the mandate and responsibilities are clearly defined. Our experience includes SaaS, e-commerce, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing.

How are scope and costs agreed?

We choose a model that suits the initiative: for example, a fixed price for a defined MAP, work packages for BUILD, or daily and monthly arrangements for LEAD. Deliverables, client involvement, acceptance criteria and boundaries are agreed before we begin.

Can LEAD be part-time?

Yes. Leadership can be fractional or a full interim role. What matters is a clear mandate, sufficient availability and explicit decision rights — for example in technology, product, marketing or operations.

How quickly can we start?

In previous engagements, a start within one to two weeks has often been possible. We confirm the actual date based on your needs, available capacity and the agreed scope.

How do we measure progress?

At the outset, we agree on objectives, acceptance criteria and relevant metrics. Regular reviews cover results, risks and upcoming decisions. Assumptions are made explicit and adjusted when needed.

How do you protect knowledge and confidentiality?

Confidentiality is covered contractually. We work closely with your team and hand over decisions, documentation and relevant knowledge. Communication and tools fit your organization.

Is there a minimum engagement?

There is no universal minimum term. A defined MAP has a different scope from a leadership role lasting several months. Duration and handover are agreed to suit the task and objective.

The next step

What would you like to move forward?

30 minutes for your situation. We listen, ask questions and discuss a sensible next step.
