Our client, an established company in the music industry with a digital streaming platform and over 200 employees, was faced with the challenge of keeping pace with the rapid AI developments in the industry. Competitors had already started to introduce AI-based features for music recommendations, content creation and user experience.

Our client had extensive data and technical resources, but no clear strategy for the use of AI technologies. In addition, the product and tech teams were organized in silos, which made collaboration and innovation difficult. Management recognized that both a comprehensive AI roadmap and a reorganization of the teams were necessary to remain competitive and unlock new growth opportunities.
